Knowledge coming from the heart
Over the course, you will be learning under the careful guidance of highly qualified experts in different areas: Yoga philosophy, internal and external practices, teaching methodology, anatomy.
A noteworthy person is the course leader, the chief Yoga theory and practice teacher Ravinder Jangra.
Yoga is not what we do, Yoga is what we are. And this thesis applies to Ravinder. Owing to daily perseverant practice, he has managed to achieve incredible results along the path of Yoga. His knowledge is not only that of the mind, it is also the knowledge of the heart.
If you wish to learn Yoga, the way it is described in ancient texts and treatises, to fathom its essence and its genuine purpose, you will be supported by reliable, highly educated and experienced teachers.
The training takes places in the small Indian town Rishikesh – the spiritual center of the North of India located at the foot of the Himalayas on the sacred river of Ganges.
The town takes its name from the word rishi – “a sage”. And indeed, in search of the truth and wisdom, yogis, ascetics, pilgrims, travelers from all corners of the world flow into the city. The visit by the Beatles to the ashram of Maharishi brought world fame to Rishikesh.
When you come here, you will touch upon the origins of spiritual practices, for it is not without grounds that Rishikesh is believed to be the world’s capital of Yoga. You will enjoy the amazing picturesque views and solitude amidst the virgin nature of the Himalayas. Such atmosphere will help you to immerse into practice, to come to know yourself and to find inner equilibrium.
Unforgettable moments in the circle of friends
Meditation in the forest near the Ganges, trips to the waterfalls, ancient temples and caves in the vicinity of Rishikesh, mountain trekking, rafting and many other things will facilitate smooth studies and delightful Yoga practice. And owing to the balanced nutrition, the application of herbal teas, favorable impact of nature, useful knowledge and methods, you will be able to perform a quality cleansing of your body. Having cleansed yourself of waste and toxins, you will free yourself from many emotional issues, strengthen the immune system and will acquire an inexhaustible supply of energy for new accomplishments.

Full and Part-time Participation:
The program is open for participants who are not necessarily experienced practitioners and teachers, but also for novice students aspiring to deepen their knowledge and hone their skills in Yoga. Training is done as a step by step process, from simple things to more complicated ones, with individual approach to every student. The entire practical part of the course is custom-tailored for an each participant, taking into account their physical and mental abilities.
Both full and partial participation is possible; you arrive and depart at your sole discretion and you can partake in separate sessions and lectures.
We pay great attention to each student of the course, so the number of participants is limited to mini-groups.
But all the students who are going to undergo certification must have a minimum of 2 years practicing yoga, before they will be accepted onto our course and attend a minimum of 95 % of classes.
Seven hours of theoretical and practical classes per day, six days a week, with Sunday off for sightseeing and traveling.
