Dear friends, we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of colors of Thailand, enjoy the nature of the equatorial tropics on the beautiful island of Koh Chang, on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand, where the first part of our seminar will be held. In the second part we will go to Cambodia, to the ancient temple complex of Angkor Wat and other most beautiful temples of Cambodia.
Angkor Wat is the largest and most mysterious Hindu temple in the world, the largest cult building of mankind.
From the architectural point of view, the complex represents the mythical mountain Mera – the abode of the gods.
The walls of the temple are decorated with reliefs from stone, scenes from the ancient Indian epics “Mahabharata” and “Ramayana”.

February 26 – departure (from Kiev there is a night flight without transfers)
February 27 – Arrival in the capital of Thailand, Bangkok, transfer to Koh Chang, hotel accommodation, evening relaxing yoga practice
February 28 – March 8 – the main part of the seminar, practice at Koh Chang, two lessons per day. Optional:
– diving
– riding in the jungle on elephants, bathing with elephants
– a sea trip to the untouched civilization islands with swimming and snorkeling
– classic Thai massage
– Visit to the fishing village of Bang Bao

March 8 – transfer to Cambodia, accommodation at the hotel, sunset at the top of Phnom Bakheng with a view of the temples of Angkor. Dinner from the show of traditional Khmer dance
March 9 – breakfast at the hotel. Dawn and meditation in Angkor, South Gate of Angkor Thom, giant statues of Bayon, Baphoun Phimeanakas, Elephant and Leper Kings. Visit to the village of Chong Knies. Rafting on the Great Tonle Sap to the fishing villages, crocodile farm
March 10 – breakfast at the hotel. Visit Ta Prohm, Bantey Kdei, Sras Srang, temples of Ta Keo and Chau Say Thevoda. Visiting the temple complex of Angkor Wat before sunset. Evening Yoga
March 11 – breakfast at the hotel. Walking through the delightful surroundings of the village and an unforgettable experience of the life of local people. Visit the temples of Bantey Srei and Bantay Samre. Visit Pre Rup, East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean and Preah Khan temple. Banteay Seri «The Female Citadel», the river 1000 Lingamov.
March 12 – transfer to the international airport of Bangkok.
Estimated travel cost:
Transfer Bangkok – Koh Chang: $ 10-30 depending on the number of people in the group.
Hotel in Koh Chang 9 days: 150 – 300 $, (as a rule, breakfast is included).
Meals: 2 – 10 $ for a dish in a restaurant, but Thailand is full of inexpensive and delicious street food that is prepared for you (pancakes, noodles, salads, etc.) and you can not worry about cleanliness.
If staying in a house, then it is possible to prepare meals independently.
Trip to Cambodia: 250 – 350 $ (4 days, all inclusive, including transfer to Bangkok (per person).
